I love these ice packs for my sore muscles, even staying cold for hours at night. My daughter first used them for her girls' school lunches and then tried them for herself after running marathons. They are the best! Hard case keeps the cooling gel much colder than the traditional blue gel packs although they cannot bend and fold to mold to your knee or other part of the body.
