Works very well to have consistent structure and timing of bowel movements. I love that it’s flavorless and I can simply mix it with a glass of water. I’ve also added it to smoothies and had good results.

This product has increased my quality of life greatly. I don't know what I would do without it. This is one of the best products I have ever found. I used to spend 3-4 hours a day in great pain, and sometimes it was even 5 hours. Now I am much more regular and have almost no discomfort. It took a while to find the right dose, and I recommend caution at first until you see how it effects you. I never had a problem but I have read about people who have suddenly increased their fiber intake drastically and that can be very uncomfortable and can even cause intestinal blockage, so be careful and take it slow. Relief Fiber comes with a scoop and I never had any issues using that amount per day. I have also found that this product works best when used daily. It does not cure the IBS but does get rid of the symptoms for me, and that is saying a lot! Also I have found that other brands' products are not the same. Some are ground much more fine so that the same amount thickens mixtures ten times more, turning them into thick mud! (Never take any fiber product in a thick paste form. Some kinds of fiber used in excess or without adequate liquid can swell inside of you causing pain, can clog you up, and may even have to be removed surgically.) So after my frustration with the finely ground guar gum products which are meant for baking, I have gone back to Relief fiber because it is familiar to me and I have used it for a long time with no problem.

Tried this because psyllium, is hard for this consumer to digest. This is easy to digest, mixes pretty well in soup or liquid (I use it in hot) and seems to be effective. It;s tasteless, for my taste buds anyway, and my only quibble is that it tends to clump a bit -- maybe a touch expensive if one needs/wants to use daily. Otherwise, pretty darn good.

Great product

The first time I tried this product, I used about 1/2 scoop and felt so nauseous for the rest of the day that I couldn’t do anything, and I my stomach still felt off the next day, as well. I wasn’t positive that this powder was what caused the nausea, so I tried it one more time, but I only used 1/3 scoop just to be safe. Not only did I feel extremely nauseous again, but it actually made me throw up. I have used other similar sunfiber supplements before and not had any issues. There is something seriously wrong with this that it’s causing such severe nausea, throwing up, and a generally quite upset stomach.

I have IBS and other digestive issues, my doctor wants me to get more fiber, and this product does that. It doesn’t give me any bloat, gas, or nausea. The fact that it is unflavored I can mix with food or drink. Highly recommend!

I have ordered this product in the past and a scoop was provided. I emptied the container and there is NO scoop. Difficult to get the recommended dose without one...

We have been using this fiber powder for years. It is a good product.

Excellent product for IBS and low Fodmap persons. I have tried a lot of products and this by far is the best!! I add a scoop to my morning smoothie and take another with water before dinner. Taste excellent.

Purchased this item for my partner who suffers from IBS, and wow! His symptoms have significantly decreased. We will be using this product ongoing.

Expensive for what it is - I find Metamucil and Restorelax works just as well.

This product does everythin as stated on the label , it is superior to other powered fibres.
