I bought samsung A11 and it arrived quite late (shipping error, not the sellers fault) but the phone kept freezing and took considerable amount of time to respond to touch, and phone would freeze if you took a picture of a moving subject, ie take a landscape photo while driving, I contacted the seller first thing, and seller excepted return, shipped me a shipping label by mail cause I dont have a printer or access to one, also cause it arrived late I had to intercept the package cause I moved already to another home, the seller also refunded me the interception fee for the phone then, I bought a new one (samsung s10e) from the the seller, waiting for the arrival the seller took full responsibility for the item, and their first priority is to make sure their costumers are satisfied Thank you Stalion ReQuip, looking forward to shopping from your store again!

Doesn’t work... and if it does it doesn’t work well...
Ordered this for my son, right out of the box it didn’t work with AT&T carrier. In fact I ordered two. One works fine but is still sluggish. The quality is fine for my 12 year old but I wouldn’t recommend for an adult that needs something reliable. The phone that didn’t work I was supposed to send back but I’m a nursing student and life got away from me so I missed my window of opportunity but I ended up purchasing a Radiant from AT&T and it was much better quality and works much more reliably than these. It was cheaper and I was impressed.

Seems legit
So there was a problem with delivery and it's been fixed so this should arrive on the 23rd. Changing my rating to 5. Update: phone arrived!! It's perfect, it's the exact phone it shows. It's great for my 11 year old grandson. This phone is slim and lightweight and there are many protective cases to fit it. I almost always buy yhe refurbished galaxy phones and watches. The phone I have now was bought on Amazon refurbished and I've had it 4 years. I would recommend this purchase to all!!
