As I get older, ice packs are a must and this one works well to help my knees and other body parts recover from physical activity. I love how big it is along with the strap to hold it in place. It holds the coldness very well and make with quality. My knees and other body parts are thankful for this.

I really like this ice pack! What makes it stand out is that I can wear it and still stay mobile. It wraps around like a knee brace, so it’s easy to put on and take off without hassle. The Velcro works really well, I don’t have any problems with in coming loose or sliding off. One side has a soft, fuzzy lining that provides insulation, which is great if I’m wearing it directly on my skin. The other side doesn’t have the fuzzy fabric, so it feels colder to the touch — perfect when I’m wearing pants or leggings underneath and want more direct cold therapy. It also came with a storage bag for the freezer, which is a nice bonus and keeps things clean and organized. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely purchase more in the future!

I’m a marathon runner and was encouraged to purchase a product like this by my chiropractor. Very simple to use. It takes up a little space in the freezer since it lays flat. Wraps and secured perfectly in place. It has definitely helped and I will continue to use this product.

Got this when had knee surgery. It’s awesome pack soft material on the inside and works great for about 15/20 minutes. Would have given it 5 star if it would last 30/45. Only good for 20 minutes at best.

These wraps are comfortable because of their weight and plush side that is placed against the skin. Great for mobility because there are 2 stretch straps that go around the wraps to hold each in place, so they don't fall off like a regular ice pack. The temperature last during the recommended usage time. Also, the wraps are reusable and durable so its good value for the money!

This has been the perfect ice pack for my after total knee replacement surgery. It's easy to use and forms to my knee. It's much easier than using an icing machine. I'm thrilled and PT liked it too.

When my husband had knee surgery, we needed something to keep his knee cold that wouldn't slide off. This worked great. In fact it was perfect. It stated in place and is reusable. It stays cold for several hours and it's sturdy but flexible enough to bend how you need it to. It's not heavy and it's the perfect size for what needed.

This ice pack has made a big difference in my healing. It’s flexible and so easy to strap on, and the soft side makes it more comfortable. It’s recommended to use it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and it definitely stays cold enough.

This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents: 1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps 2. 2 x freezer bags 3. User manual The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material - one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right - I've used other brands that don't have enough gel and they don't have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they're built to last. Their length should ensure there's no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last. The user manual suggests the below: Freezing times:- Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes 4-6 hours = 20 minutes More than 6 hours = 30 minutes Recommendation of use:- The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side. Warranty: Lifetime from the date of purchase I've been using it to treat an ankle injury and can't recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn't feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all. Great simple recovery tool.
