I don't know what is meant by LF 20. If by LF, you mean lens filter, then yes. The box says they are Thermoscan PC 20, but that may just mean there are 20 in each little box. They are for use with Braun Thermoscan PRO 3000 and PRO 4000 Series. Hope that helps.

This is the wording on the side of the package, "This product is manufactured by Kaz USA Inc. under license to the 'Braun' trademark. 'Braun' is a registered trademark of Braun GmbH, Kronberg, Germany. Made in USA. Distributed by: Welch Allyn, Inc., Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153, USA." Hope that helps.

Are these aftermarket or actually Braun?

Mine arrived aftermarket by a company called Hillrom which feel a little deceptive; I thought this was genuine Braun.
