4 short from 30 is disappointing.
I am disappointed as I bought 30 capsules, but only 26 were in the pack. The package was not opened so it must have happened at the manufacturer. The quality is alright, but I only had two so far. Hopefully they help me.I shall get in touch with the sellers.

Upon receiving these I took as per instruction 2 with a meal. These are easy to swallow capsules & I am on day 5 with no noticeable difference. Maybe it works for some but not others. It hasn’t reduced any sugar cravings and I still feel tired and drained.
