The product is great. Put it under a throw rub in tile. There is no more slippage. Works great.

Obviously, use your best judgement before you take my word for it. But I bought this with the intended purpose of a bath mat. My apt does not allow the use of suction bath mats inside the tub. I am prone to falling on my ass in the shower. I could cut this to fit better inside but thats too much hassle/im lazy. I just slapped this sucker down and went to town. I pick it up after showers to dry. Its been a great purchase.

I love that you can cut this to the size you need. This definitely will keep your mat from sliding on the floor. However, your mat will move off of the grip sometimes if you bump into it. Definitely was worth the purchase, but just keep that in mind. Worked great for under the shower mat for my handicapped grandpa's bathroom.

Have a 5x3 ft entry rug inside the front door of my home that sits on a hardwood floor . After many, many years, the rubbery backing has literally dried up and to flaking off. It’s starting to slide around when you step on it becoming dangerous. We don’t need to suffer broken arms or hips. The rug itself is still perfect good, just the backing is shot. Saw this large piece of gripper an thought I’d try it out. PERFECT. No more rug sliding. It really does stay put, PLUS it gives the rug a bit of a cushion too as the nubs are high. I’m very pleased to have found this solution to our problem and negated the possibility of sustaining severe injuries to us or visitors.

I placed this pad under my bath mat, & now when I step into my bathroom I no longer worry about it slipping out from under me. My family may be disappointed because there's now much less of a chance that a fall on my face will improve my looks. But otherwise, this does exactly what it's intended to! This is the exact same type of material used in non-slip pads used for cutting boards. I have always found this material to be exceptionally grippy & long-lasting. I haven't had this one very long, but I see every reason it'll last many years because it's wedged between the mat & the floor & therefore doesn't really see wear of any kind. Highly recommend, worth the price. I'll just have to rearrange my face some other way...

Didn’t work well always showed

I have a friend who makes rugs out of old jeans, sheets, etc. Of course, they do not have a non-slip backing on them so our bathroom rugs slipped all over. I was always adjusting them. I finally ordered this rug pad for them and couldn’t be more pleased. The 10 foot length is just right for both rugs. They stay in place and are slightly cushioned-very nice for standing and walking.

We purchased a thin (washable) rug runner and needed additional padding and non-slip support. We bought 2 sets of this pad to get the length (8') and thickness we wanted. It fits the bill perfectly, and was easy to trim to prevent any showing along the margins of the rug.

Awesome rug gripper. My front hall mat was very slippery on the tiles and I was worried it wouldn't be very effective. I am very pleased. The rug gripper is the perfect size and holds my mat in place. No more going flying on my way up to bed in the dark! Thanks

great value if you want your carpet to stay put!

I find these a bit overpriced at $45, but I have to say I am happy with how well they work. I already tried several different methods to help keep my rugs in place and they didn't work, like the pieces that just fit on the corners or the "tape" that you run along the edges of the rug. They did not work at all, but these mats really do keep the rug in place. They actually are 4' by 6' as well (not smaller than advertised, unlike some brands) - I actually had to trim a bit for my 4x6 rug.

This was easy to cut to the size I needed for under my door matt, but I was hopping it would help keep the matt in place. It still slides around the tile and hardwood floor. Might be better for larger area rugs.

I had a faux fur rug that just keeps slipping. This had enough grip on my vinyl tiles and the carpet stays put nicely now even if the kids run over it.
