Are these real salmon eggs or artificial as some of the reviews say?

FALSE ADVERTISING! The word caviar means the roe (eggs) of certain kinds of fish, washed, then lightly processed with salt to preserve it. This is not salmon caviar because it is not salmon roe, aka eggs. They should not be allowed to use the word caviar anywhere on their labeling or advertising! If you read the product description carefully you will see the company says they specialize in food spherification. This means they take solid food and re-shape it into small spheres before selling it. Buy it if you wish, but please do not be misled into believing you are buying fish roe, a.k.a. caviar.

Don’t recommend

I really regret that bought and opened this. It’s tastes horrible. And looks too. I thought it is a caviar, but this product is disgusting. And it’s not a caviar. I wish I get my money back!! I feel sick after ate this. Don't recommend at all!!!

Taste yummy.. ordered many smoked caviar really good value for money..fast delivery could not wait to eat it..so I did before hubby came home because he loves it too..thought I got away with it without him knowing..he saw empty jar in the bin haha

Nothing like caviar or salmon roe

This is not good and has a sharp sour taste nothing at all like red caviar. This in my opinion inedible. They charge more than real red caviar and u don’t understand how they have any positive reviews. I gave 1 star as delivery was on the day promised, but this will be returned for refund.

Really nice taste, not too salty. Medium sized grain which to me is perfect - I prefer small/medium pearls. Will definitely be buying more!

I was a little concerned because it was very warm when we received it. But it was perfect. The taste had just the right amount of salt, the texture was amazing, and the color was a deep red, it was still fresh, it was a medium priced Product that’s why I chose it in the beginning all in all it was a great product for the money
