Tasty and Very Similar to Odisha's Arrisa Pitha
I had eaten Ariselu when I was in Chennai a couple of years ago and loved it. People in Odisha know it as Arrisa Pitha. I had ordered this online and was a little apprehensive about the taste and quality. Rest assured, the produt arrived neatly packed in a foil pack and was fresh. The taste was superb and not at all oily. It has a light and fluffy texture inside and a light crispy exterior. I will definitely order this again.

It was crispy
It was hard and crispy, not how is supposed to be. This was the third time I bought. The first two times were good so bought again after a long time and since then the quality and taste has reduced a lot.

Adhirasam aka ariselu in telugu. made form tamilandu. Taste better and good. You can add more sweet. - Packing was good, not oily or puffed Thanks to Seller and Amazon.

Too dry & evidently a little stale
Sadly this batch of Adrissams turned out to be a bit stale and dry and crumbled to the touch. Dissapointing.
