Can I apply coconut oil after applying salicylic acid and moisturise

Yes, you can apply coconut oil. But coconut oil is comedogenic in nature so might clog your pore. If you are looking for non comedogenic face oil you can use Squalane oil.

Is it ok for sensitive skin?

Yes, if you have used Salicylic Acid before then there should absolutely no problem. But if you are using Salicylic Acid for very first time we would suggest to take it slow by using 1-2 times a week or diluting with Minimalist Hyaluronic Acid (Do not dilute it with moisturizer or other serum as it may interfere with pH) . You can slowly and gradually increase frequency as your skin can adapt to it. Minimalist Salicylic Acid is Aloe Based so it provides additional calming & soothing effect to skin.

Does it clear pimples

Salicylic Acid removes pore congestion and controls excess oil thus prevents acne and blackheads. By preventing Acne it helps to reduce acne and clear up skin but if you are looking for Acne treatment for severe active acne we suggest other ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide along with this serum.
