The yoga mat feels comfortable. It is thick enough for regular exercise.The surface gives good grip during yoga and stretching.It is lightweight and easy to carry.Overall, a good quality mat for daily practice.

I needed 2 yoga mats of 6mm. Hence I ordered 1 from Fitness mantra & 1 from Lifelong. I must say I am very disappointed with Fitness mantra. It’s 1-2mm thinner than Lifelong. I have to fold the mat & use it during planks & when kneeling down. Lifelong has much better quality & exactly 6mm thickness.

this is one of the best exercise and yoga mat. I could see some review states as it is of low quality and it gets auto fold. Please dont believe that. If you fold it in opposite direction, it gets flat again. my wife and I using it daily. She used to do yoga early in the morning using the mat and i used to do my regular exercise, once after i wake up. Iam writing this review after using the mat for more than 40 days. It is hard but it is acceptable at this price range. Go for it without any second thought, if you need to buy a value for money product. Even the mat comes with a rope, which can be used to tie. Only cons is as i am lazy in doing my nail cuts, the mat surface gets scratched due to my nails. Please keep your nails properly cut so that the mat doesnt gets damaged. Thanks amazon for this amazing product in this lockdown. Its absolutely stunning.

The mat is good quality. Does not slip while excersinig. Blue colour is exactly as shown in picture. People complaning about smell, well, it's there but only at the beginning, then the smell goes away with use. My only complaint is the mat has 6mm thickness written on its label but it is actually 4mm, although it is not uncomfortable but still it's not upto it's promised specification.
