Love this Celtics season salt. You have to use less because it is 3X the salt flavor. It's good before a work out to put a few grains under your tongue & drink water. It will hydrate you quicker.

I Love it! It was smaller than expected but a little goes a long way. So far I’ve used it to make gel water (lemons and salt) and I now understand the difference of drinking water and hydration. The salt is moist-is, high in salinity, again a little goes a long way. I used a small amount of fish and it was perfect. So it’s very versatile for seasoning for sure. I really like this salt. It has great health benefits for you as well. My only issue is that it’s almost wet and sometimes clogs up my grinder but I can get past that because it’s so much better for you than regular salt and a little goes a long way.
