I decided to use ZIP sheathing when re-siding part of my home and wanted to stick with the recommended flashing/sealing product. This ZIP tape is great stuff. The six inch width bridges all transitions and easily covers the required area for window flashing. It adheres solidly to every surface upon contact and even more so once you use a roller on it. Great product. Great performance.

I bought this under the assumption it was their stretch tape. Sigh. It's not. But I'll still use it. It's just a wider version of the regular tape but with a split seam, paper backing.

Great product indeed. Lots of similar products out there however, if you ever saw a Matt Risingler video, you would be sold as well. Glad I decided on the Zip over the others as it outperformed better then I could of expected. Thickness was a factor when I was deciding what would work best. This was a nice thickness indeed. Great product and sticky I must say. Remember to use a j roller for the best results however, still worked great without.
