Versatile enough to make Tomato Beer for dinner (instead of eating solid food).
My gums hurt and i can barely eat food. So, I decided to make Tomato Beer for dinner. Use a extra-large glass, a small can of V8 juice, some water, Worcestershire sauce, Franks Red Hot, a little lime juice and a scoop of BetterBody Foods ... and ice. Used a hand-held mixer before the ice, It's easy, it blends easily into the V8 Juice. Tastes good and fills me up.

Texture is great. Taste is great. No real odor ingredients are top tier. Sugar content low. Which is great. Gives happiness energy. Good vitamins and minerals. I felt good and immune felt supported.

Gotta get my protein some how
In the past I have always used liquid proteins and being that the prices have just skyrocketed I've been trying to find another means and I found this better body superfood powder it does have the proteins that I need and I'm very familiar with a better body products since I use their monk fruit sugar and that's good too as well. This has no taste I put it in my smoothies in the morning to tablespoons and it does keep me full for the remainder of the day till dinner. I would recommend this to anybody who's looking for a inexpensive way to add proteins to their day.

Not for me
It seems to be good quality so 4 stars, but i can't bear the taste. It's not a strong nasty taste, but I'm very sensitive to smells, and get sick to my stomach easily.
