Basic Holster
It's just a basic shoulder holster and it works fine. Plenty of adjustments available for the fit. I don't believe you're buying this if your an official holster aficionado that already has umpteen holsters. If needing something basic that is easy to throw on real quick, than this fills the bill.

As I expected, I made minor personal alterations with the holster, it is great.
I read the negative comments, and I was ready for the issues stated. I have wide shoulders, and this holster still moved around, to the point where it wasn’t comfortable all the time. Now remember it isn’t a $200.00 dollar or above holster and I didn’t expect it to be. I customized it to my liking, it’s only stretchy band, not leather so it’s easy to customize. I cut a inch or so on the back stretchy strap, and resowed it. To add more stability, I added another stretchy strap on the front. Now this is going to sound funny, but I sowed a suspender clip on the front, so it would be easy to remove the holster. I made a holster that moved around out of the box, into a holster that is very comfortable for me to ware. So please stop expecting, this inexpensive holster to fit like the leather holsters on the market, that’s a crazy expectation for a cheap holster. Now I do switch around that I should not do. For a summertime holster, I don’t use a shoulder holster. I don’t need to tell someone who lives by a holster like if you are a off duty policeman. Mussel memory is life and death to you. So you wouldn’t switch to two different holsters. I’m not in those situations any longer. Its not the smartest thing, but I ware this shoulder holster in colder months, when I ware something over it, and a under belt body holster, in the hotter months, when I don’t ware a outer covering. I do make a mistake where my weapon is now and then, the weapon location between the two is totally different.

Define "large" is apparently different to some...
Product has nice adjuatment points and seems fairly sturdy for the money...price point but it says it fits large caliber and large hand held firearms. Well my Colt 45 sits snugly but there is no way on gods green earth this will ever fit my 50 caliber desert eagle into the holster. Better chance of having coffee with the lord tomorrow morning than this holding my desert eagle. I will see if i can get another holster to fit my Deagle and see if i can slide it onto this harness so i do not have to go thru trying to find another one that probably wont fit the Deagle. (Deagles are a very large heavy weapon no doubt but i cant even fit 1/2 of my deagle in this.) So if you have a very large weapon... most likely you will need to find something else that will fit it... S&W 50s or most large magnum 357/44 types or Desert Eagle 50s etc. all will just NOT fit into this harness. So good buy for thr money otherwise. I only intended this for occasional use. If you plan to carry everyday...everywhere you go...this might not be the most comfortable and highest grade of materials. You may want to spend a little more to get a harness better for longevity and daily use. Id put this under a category of very good (4 out of 5 for occasional use about 1x a month to few times per year use)

Didn’t like
Honestly I hate it. It would be very nice if the strap between the two shoulder pads were not elastic. It is an adjustable elastic strap. The weight of the gun and the clips makes it feel like constantly wants to fall off. And that’s just simply walking around , not bending over of anything. When I bend over I can feel it starting to slip. I knew there was probably some kind of catch when the one I bought 30 years ago was $52 and this one was only $22.09. Since I’ve had it too long to send back I will probably just sew the proper strap between the shoulders

save money stop looking for leather holsters
this holster is the cats meow, great fit, very secure in holster, very adjustable, very comfortable to wear, i will always buy these type of holsters, less expensive, more versatile, comfortable than any leather holster I have ever owned. besides who sees your 300.00 leather holster when you carry concealed.

It's ok, But..
This holster is for people that would be carrying the pistol and not be in any hurry to draw the gun and not minding the magazine dropping once you release the retention. the whole thing is very flimsy and soft and takes forever to draw the gun. The snap retention for the pistol is very soft so I had to fumble trying to find the snap with my thumb. And with the magazine , once you release the velcro that retains it the magazine drops out of the soft case as soon as you pull the velcro apart . Even when I was careful not to let the magazine drop it still dropped. It happens that quick. I'll stick with my IWB kydex holster. It's a lot easier and faster to present my weapon.
