Well worth the money!!
I don't normally leave reviews but after spending a few months waking up in agony I gave this a go which I held off as I thought it was abit expensive and tried using other things like pillows etc...But after 3 days of using it I can't actually believe how good it is. I wake up now with no aches at all. My lower back, hips and stomach was hurting on and off loads and now it's all just instantly gone. I even move slowly to see if the pain is still there when I wake up but it's just all gone. All because of this clever tool!!! Anyways I felt like I owed it to whoever is in pain to just buy it as it really has helped me ... It was £21 but giving that it's stopped all my aches and probably will last a long time it's now become well worth it. :).

So far it is working for me
PACKAGING: Vacuumed packed in a clear plastic bag. PRODUCT: Memory foam knee pillow. FUNCTION: This came vacuumed packed but it did not take long for it to expand to its intended shape once opened. It appears well made. The memory foam is high density, meaning it is quite firm and the cover is plush. It comes equipped with a strap that is secured on one end via Velcro. I have very bad back pain, either sciatica or a herniated disc. I suspect this is aggravated by poor posture, particularly in bed as I tend to favor front sleeping, which I know is very bad. So I will literally try anything to alleviate the pain. However, I do not have the money to just throw at anything, so I purchased this having read some positive reviews (and with a degree of desperation). I found the leg strap (as it is) inadequate. The Velcro fastening is a little pointless. I just slip my leg in and out without unfastening the strap. Plus, the pillow does not stay in place during the night as the strap does not grip my leg sufficiently. I would have preferred to see an elasticated strap. I feel this would grip the leg better and accommodate different size legs. This also comes with a small business card that has a QR code which enables you to access the e-book. I did not find the literature very useful. The only useful information I obtained was that you should sleep on the effected side - so if you have pain running down your left side you should try and sleep on your left side, with your knees bent toward your head, and the pillow between the knees. This prevents a twisting through the lower back as your knee drops to the mattress. This made sense to me. On first use I experienced no discomfort in bed. I did find myself having to re-adjust the pillow throughout the night as it does not stay in place. I had a good nights sleep with no pain, plus it actually prevented me from rolling onto my front. However, for the first three days the pain got worse during the day. Not constant, but as soon as I bent over (even slightly) I would get a sharp, intense pain in my back that was so acute it made me cry out and my legs buckle. I considered whether the pillow was making my condition worse, or if my back was simply recovering from being abused for so long. Well, I am now on day four and the bouts of pain are less frequent although just as intense. So I do believe the pillow is helping me. Certainly I am sleeping much better. At the time of this review the memory foam knee pillow was £19.95. Yes this is a lot of money, but the pillow is well made and more importantly, it can aid with maintaining proper posture in bed. I would recommend.

Highly recommend
Top 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This little pillow/cushion is brilliant and very easy to sleep with. It’s not too big nor too small, just the right amount of support and it doesn’t wake me up as I turn in the night. ( I strap it on the leg & it stays in situ as I change position). The cover on it is super soft & it dries very quickly due to the kind of fabric the cover is made off.

A versatile cushion
(Tried to show strap length in the photos, without depressing the cushion.) Needed a knee cushion, to help my hip and back posture while asleep, and was glad I came across this style. Had previously tried a little heart shaped one, but couldn't get that in the right place, even while awake, so here we are with this instead. It does the job much better. Soft fabric. Easy to get into position, and has a strap, so it stays in place through the night. Genius! Versatile cushion, as I'm currently using it as a pillow while I type this. It does give a bit, so is just firm enough for now, and might depend on the weight of the body part, you want to rest on it. Strap may not be long enough for every thigh out there, but is adjustable to a certain extent (photos). Haven't caught myself on the zip yet, but I'm very surprised that it isn't covered in some way. Booklet is no longer included, and is now a card with a QR code, which takes you to the product's website and a PDF. But it's good enough for me right now (4.5 stars really, due to zip and firmness), so I've bought a 2nd one (got a blue and a grey). Wanted one squished in its original packaging, to take on holiday. Was on offer too, so was a very good deal, and saved my sanity.

Weak foam whete it needs to be strong, XL is tiny and offers little support
Firstly , I ordered the XL option, and its tiny. Secindly the foam is only firm on the edges, in the middle, which is 3 inches when you don't use it but about a few microns thick( very thin) when in use. If you have to skimp on material, surely the ends that sit outside of your knees would be the place, not the bit that is sipposed to support them. I have ended up wrapping the centre bit in a towel, putting all of that in a pillow case and then it has enough support. It's a shame, its a nice idea. It reminds me of those neck support pillows you get in a spa, the tiny ones. The outside material seems ok. And the vecro strap ( if you want to strap it to one leg, i assume so it doesn't disappear in the bed because that one strap doesn't actually hold it in place throughout the night) is a good thickness. It's not terrible from a construction point of view- stitching lioks good and mazerial cover isnt paper thin, it's just not going to support my knees / thighs and I personally feel it wont offer much support to most people, if you are a child or under 7 stone then maybe, but for me, at 8st5lb it compressed far too easily and as it is, leaves my knees , and therefore my hips, out of alignment to a point where I may as well not have it. I had hoped, if it was good ,to get one for my sister who is more voluptuous at 11st, but there is no way I am giving this to her when it crumples under my weight, I will keep searching.

Good quality and works well
This is a thick, soft pillow that provides good protection for sore and tender knees. I like the quality. The cover seams are overlocked so will will withstand machine washing when the time comes and the strap keeps it in place all night. It doesn't seem to flatten down after all night use. This is really helping me sleep during a nasty knee osteoarthritis flare up.

Works for me
I have hip pain for several weeks, if not months. though about going to gp but i never bothered. Ive noticed that i sleep more often on one side. I came across the advert advertising cushion for side sleepers and search in amazon. I thought giving a go with this one after reading some reviews worse case i return if not working. After just one night i woke up with less pain and im using it every night now. Its have some bad sides as its strap doesn’t hold as mych and yes you can loose it if you keep turning in the night but still its my best purchase ever and i dont regret. I have almost no pain at all since ive purchased. Worth trying.

Comfortable and functional pillow
I've been using this pillow for several weeks now and I really like it. The shape is perfect for resting between your thighs and putting a supportive buffer between your knee bones, and it's not too big. The width of it basically helps your thigh bones stay aligned straight with your hips. The pillow is firm enough to grip with your knees/thighs, but the plush blue outer cover material is super soft and comfortable to the touch. The strap is there if you feel you need to attach it to one leg, but I haven't found it necessary. It's easy to keep a light grip on it with your knees when you turn over.

Skön
Jättebra och stannar kvar på benet hela natten. Skulle dock lätt kunna vara lite tjockare.

Works well!
I recently bought this knee pillow, and it’s been great! The size is just right—not too big or too small—and it provides excellent support. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, helping to align my legs and relieve pressure on my knees while I sleep. It’s comfortable, stays in place, and really makes a difference in the quality of my rest. Overall, a simple but effective product that does the job well! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good knee pillow.
