Is the wire good for rewiring kitchen outlets?

This wire is typically used for lighting. Receptacles are usually 20 amp circuits and this wire cannot be used for 20 receptacles. Can only be used on 15 amp circuits.

It says "Non-Mettalic" (metallic) in the title, isn't copper metallic, or are they reffering to something else?

They are showing that the sheathing is non metallic!! Not the wire.
