how do I make it work as a double pump ? Is there a video to watch ?

It's very easy, there are two tubes included, depending on whether you want it on single or double. One attaches to both bottles, the other only attaches to one. When you have the double tube attached, the pump automatically works on both sides simultaneously

I have used this once and the suction doesnt seem to be working anymore already, how do i get a refund or replacement?

I would check all leads are attached properly and none of the leads are damaged and then contact the makers

What is the best mode to start with as a first time mother? Need to boost milk supply

I've breastfed 2 babies. I would start with the massage function for about 10 min (may need more) , then the lips setting for 10 mins, then the waves setting at a low setting for at least 15 mins then move to the other breast... I find personally each breast needs its own setting. You'll find with practice and when you notice your milk start to drip into your first bottle you'll know you've found the right setting!!! Good luck. Recommend La Leche on Facebook for tips and help. X
