There aren’t any. It was pretty easy to assemble, just make sure the shoes are correct tightness before you cut the chords to attach the connectors.

This vendor is selling through Amazon. Contact Amazon for help. I ordered these laces, but I didn't use the clips. In fact, I think I misplaced them. I just tie them as a normal shoelace. I don't like the idea of cutting any length off the lace, only because I might want to use them on another pair of shoes that may need more lace length. In any case, I'd send a note to Amazon and also put the information in the feedback section. Sending them back can be more trouble than the purchase is worth. Good luck.
