I am a 35 year old woman taking this under medical advice to help conceive. So far I’ve noticed an instant boost in alertness and focus like I just had a cup of coffee, but minus the brain fog and crash that comes with coffee. I also feel an increase in energy at a cellular level, as in my body moves like when I was a teenager again. Been taking this for a week and so far I am loving it. The product is ok. However the recent shipment expiry is Apr 20. This is the first time I received such a short expiry date. Will appreciate that old stock shorter with less than 9 months should not be ship as some of us tend to buy to be consumed in a few months

These are great. I hate bg pills, these are the smallest Ubiquinol 100s I have found. And so far at least, no side effects or after taste.
