What oil is the the Ubiquinol suspended in, and is it fermented?

Just says vegetable oil but doesn’t say which. No mention of fermented

Is this genuine kaneka ubiquinol or a scam? price seems too cheap. no details of vytox on google. kaneka website doesn't list vytox product.

Never tried Ubiquinol before, but looks like ubiquinol capsule (as per google images). It does say on label "Kaneka Ubiquinol Enhanced Bioactivity Coq10).
