Knitter's Pride Interchangeable Cords, 8", Yellow

There was nothing to dislike, product is easy to use & assemble.

Exactly what I needed to make a 16" circular with short tips. It will not work with regular needle tips as it may be kind of impossible to knit.

This cord for my needles fits perfectly, and at a good price and it arrived on time.

I love that i could find an in between cable like this one. and love the color and brand as well. But two of mine, including this one broke after 13 months of use. end cap fell off on one, and cable broke at the end cap on the other. color coding is WONDERFUL, but i DO expect them to last!

I have the interchangeable set but needed a longer cord. This did the trick.

I have every knitting accessories Knitter's Pride and this 8" cord is useful additions to my knitting collection.

The cable on the right is one that I purchased in 2020 and the one on the left is the one I purchased in 2023. The newer one is slightly stiffer (making magic loop more difficult) and the join is worse. The new one has a tiny catch where the nylon meets the metal, and the metal increase isn't just a smooth ramp anymore. I knit the last couple stitches before the join quite tight to prevent laddering and it's quite finicky getting the stitches over the join on the new cable. I don't know if it's a design change or a production error, but it's not an improvement.

Alright, this is an odd one. I required smaller cords than come with the Knitter's Pride kits to be able to do hats and such. This is a perfect size however with the standard length of their needles your first four rows are going to be the most annoying things that you've ever done.Do I regret buying them? Not at all. However, they are not user friendly until you get a few rows on them. Still easier than using a cord that's way too big and having to stretch out the stitches or do the magic loop.Just don't give up because the first few rows are difficult, it does become quite easy once it's built up.

I do like Knitter’s Pride both their individual circular needles and their interchangeables. I needed in particular a metal long circular needle for a blanket I’m knitting where the yarn is a little difficult to work with on woods. These fit the bill perfectly. The yarn slides smoothly on them and the joins do not catch on the yarn either which is important.
