Simple, Loud, and Effective – The Classic "Ding" You Want
Verdict: Sometimes you just need a bell that works, and this is exactly that. It doesn't have fancy electronics or complex gears; it’s just a solid, classic metal bell that lets people know you are coming. The Sound (Loud & Clear): Volume: This isn't a polite "tink" sound; it’s a confident, loud ring. I use it on shared paths, and it easily cuts through ambient noise to alert walkers or other cyclists. Tone: It has that nostalgic, classic bicycle bell tone. It resonates well and doesn't sound rattly or cheap. Installation & Fit: Setup: Installation was incredibly easy. It uses a standard bracket with two screws. I had it mounted and tight within about two minutes using just a Phillips screwdriver. Fitment: It fits standard handlebars perfectly. It feels secure and doesn't rotate or slide around when I ring it, which is a common issue with cheaper bells. Aesthetic: Low Profile: The black finish is sleek and blends in well with my handlebars. It doesn't look like a bulky toy; it looks like a piece of equipment. Final Thoughts: If you want a no-nonsense bell that is loud, easy to install, and affordable, this is the one. It does its job perfectly.

Ring ring!
It's just a bell... But it works well and is well made. Easy to attach and use.

Great bell for the paper
Bought for my daughters bike. It was easy to install and has a very loud ring. Reminds me of the paper boy ringing the bell as he tosses newspapers in your driveway!

Not bad
Not bad. Ring is not as bright as we used to have as kids but works fine. Wat better than the bell that came with the bike.

Love the old fashioned cash register sound!
I recently bought three of these because they’re inexpensive and they fit on the bikes that have taken refuge in my house. If you’re old enough to remember when Kennedy was President, then you might recognize the “BRRRIIINNNGGG!” sound this bell makes as the sound your bike bell made when you were a kid. Many walkers where I bike also recognize the sound and allow me to pass unbothered. Alas, there’s no help for the Determinedly Non-Listening, either rocking to their air pods or actually non-hearing. But those who acknowlege the cash-register ringing are my people, some even say nice things as I go by. I find these bells are loud enough that I can start ringing well in advance, giving walkers time to realize they’re not hearing somebody’s smartphone ringing. I think you’ll prefer the sound of these bells over the pathetic single ding (dinglet?) made by newer style bells, which I for one always think is a message coming in on my watch rather than a biker approaching at Mach 1. Some reviews say that the bell dings a time or two when hitting bumps, and mine does that too. My secret power is being able to ignore it.

Circumference too small for handle
Didn't fit the handle on my Schwinn bike. Needed to get a longer screw, moves around.

Feels pretty chintzy but it rings clearly and easily.
Pretty chintzy feeling. A nice loud ring and looks ok. It worked well and is easy to adjust on the handle bar to suit your needs. I installed it in a ziffy. It’s easy to flick it while riding; no fussing to get it just right

Tiene un sonido adecuado, (no molesto)
Fácil de instalar y con sonido adecuado, a veces con la vibración propia del viaje suena un poco.

No quality assembly
After less than a year of usage and went only few times ridding, the bell is already completely broken

Works and sounds like a traditional bicycle bell, but ...
... it rattles as you ride on potholed roads or gravel tracks. This can work in your favour as pedestrians can hear you coming without ringing the bell. The rattling is not as loud of course. It also means you are less likely to startle people when you do ring the bell. However, on an otherwise practically silent belt drive bike, it can be annoying when there is no one else around. Given the cost, it would be nice if the mechanism did not rattle during normal riding - at least on smoother roads it is less of an issue.
