I've tried an array of earplugs throughout the years, but I always come back to these. They're just unparalleled when it comes to comfort and noise cancellation. Putting them in is a breeze, and they stay put all night long. Whether it's to dampen the snoring from the other side of the bed or to mute the hustle and bustle of city life, these earplugs are my trusty sleep companions. Money well spent, and sleep well earned!

I live in a high rise near a highway, so at night it's truly insane how much noise the world around me makes. I can even hear my flatmate a room over when she's got a TV show playing on low volume (sounds like whispering to me). I did tons of searching and settled on these earplugs because of their reported 38dB noise cancelling abilities. I have to say I'm really impressed. Firstly I was worried that the size would be too big and that they'd be uncomfortable in my ears throughout the night. Neither happened. They're really soft and malleable, so even if they stick out of my ears a little, they don't hurt when lying on my side and I quickly forgot I had them in. I've added a picture where I squished them a little, as I would before putting them in. They take about a minute of so to extend enough inside the ear that the noise is drowned out. In terms of the noise cancellation, they really do great at that. I barely hear a thing at night and I've been falling asleep so fast I can barely remember a time I used to sleep so well. I also used them once when flying home for the holidays. In the plane I'd put them in under my over-ear headphones and they really drowy out the overbearing Boise from the propellers. I recommend them for this purpose. The order came with a little container for holding a few to take in a purse or something. It's really useful as I doubt people take the whole box around 😂 In terms of CONs I can't say there is anything substantial.. They smell quite chemical, but I think foam generally does when new? I have to take them out when people speak to me of I won't hear anything and then put them back in (this is only a problem for fellow antisocial people) I'd personally live more colours, but having nude can be useful to stealth wear them. Also I recommend to not put them too deep in. Because they're big (but very compressible) I made the mistake to put them too deep and I don't think that was good. I generally have very sensitive ears so to each their own. In conclusion: I really liked these! I'll definitely rebuy in the future once this pack runs out 👍

My partner, bless her, doesn't snore - but she does breathe out her mouth at night in what I can only describe as huffs. Think like a dog panting, or something. You might think "breathing too loudly" is a miserly and tenuous complaint, the sort of thing which says more about me than about her. Wrong. My phone has clocked the volume of her breathing at over 40 decibels, around the volume of a quiet spoken conversation. Imagine trying to sleep with someone quietly talking at you less than a foot away from your ear, all night, every night. That was my life, a life of bleary, red eyes, countless cups of coffee and occasional hallucinations - until I discovered Neutron's Soft Foam Earplugs. I'd tried other ear plugs, the kind used for swimming, some weird gel ones which are supposed to go over your ear canal rather than inside. None of them worked nearly as well as these bad boys. They're comfortable enough to wear all night, every night, and although they're not a total block of external noise, they're enough that I can sleep again. These are without a doubt the best earplugs I've tried, so if you live with noisy neighbours, a snoring partner, or the clanging of glass bottles as the recycling is collected at 6.30am right outside your bedroom window on the one day you could actually have a lie-in, these are the plugs for you. I work nights and live in an unbearably loud environment, with tiny biscuits obsessed people running round the house all hours of the day, screaming for chocolate ! I usually use 3M earplugs but thought I’d give these a go as I’m a sucker for a good tub. Needless to say, I was surprised with how well they work, my sleep has improved, I can no longer hear those pesky little buggers. And you get a nice little carrier, not sure as to when I would need it, but it’s a nice addition to the ear plug collection.

While it does filter out most of the noise, I can still hear snoring etc. But what it does do is keep the tone/pitch down. Fits well, and keeps my ear canal warm. I find that loud noises makes my tinnitus worst. So this does help, but not a cure for tinnitis.

Does what it says on the bottle, soft in the ear, cancels out noise, and they are a great price offering value for money, what's not to like? Great alternative for other more expensive brands and i have used most of them. These do the jobs i need them for just great, hence why this is my second bottle of them. Need peace and quiet from the kids, partner snoring, use loud equipment or machinery, just need silence to concentrate on a work task? Use these.

I ordered these to try as i have small ear canals and the bullet shape looked better than some I have tried. The fit is ok but they are just too firm for my ears and I had to take them out after an hour or so. The squishy ones are better for me although I have to cut the length..

It noise cancellation levels are very low. It is not able to eliminate the snoring.

Earlier I had given a bad review because I couldn't find the travel tube that it was supposed to come with. But actually it was hiding very strategically at the bottom of the box.

Moi qui ne suis pas fan des bouchons d'oreilles, j'ai été contraint d'en mettre et je dois reconnaitre que ceux-ci me plaisent bien. Ils sont faciles à mettre en place et tiennent bien la nuit. L'atténuation est très bonne.

Bought these hoping the 38dsbl was better than drug store 33 dsbls. paid double the price of drug sore but actually they do not block any better, maybe even worst. don't waste your money. I wish I can return.
