Shimano brake hood replacements
These are OEM replacement hoods. A standard item on the bike that wears out if you are a regular rider.

Wore out the old pair, new pair doing just fine as replacement
I wore nearly through the ones that came with the bike, so I ordered a new set. (It took a little caution to be sure I was ordering the right ones -- be careful about getting the exact pair that fits your bike! Look at what the old hoods say, or read off the labeling on the brake mechanism itself.) I ended up cutting off the old ones, for simplicity. Then I put some daubs of hand sanitizer on the insides, then scooted them each over the brake lever/etc. per a YouTube video. Work of a barely a few minutes, and I'm set for braking grip and padding for years again.

Coprileva per comandi ultegra R8000. Ricambio originale shimano. Utilizzare gel disinfettante alcolico o alcol isopropilico (o altro liquido contentente alcool) per facilitare l’installazione. Appena installati possono risultare non perfettamente aderenti. Dopo un paio di utilizzi si adattano perfettamente.
