Perfect!
I've had this chair for almost three months and I absolutely love it! As soon as I got it, assembled it and sat down it was fantastic. Feels so sturdy plus it's so comfortable. Easy to assemble, clear instructions. The chair is pretty heavy, so I would suggest assembling it in the room it will be in. Arms seem a little jiggly, even after tightening them from beneath, but I've come to expect that from all chairs that have adjustable arms. Rolls great on a thick rug that is on top of a thick carpet!

Comfortable and solid but the seating material will wear out in two years
A very comfortable chair and not a bad price. But expect the surface to only last about two years before it starts flaking and peeling off like the pictures I’ve attached after daily use. But the comfort and the fact that it feels solid and doesn’t squeak made it worth it for me to purchase one again.

Great price for this chair.
I've waited for several weeks prior to writing this review. I've really enjoyed this chair and sitting in it for work 8+ hours a day for 5 days a week. It's comfortable and easy to maneuver in. I have noticed the one arm I have to retighten the bolt now and then on it but it hasn't bother me much. Shipping was a little confusing as Amazon isn't integrated into the seller's shipping system but the seller responds promptly and is able to give you a ETA which was very helpful. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and the product. Great price for a great chair.

Perfect Office Chair For Sitting Long Hours
Same comfort as a much larger office chair. Very padded and fully adjustable. Perfect for anyone who sits at a computer desk all day. Wasn't difficult to assemble at all.

BONDED (FAKE LEATHER) FAILED IN 1 WEEK.
The fake leather seating surfaces are not even durable for one week. It's less than paper thin and I'm so disappointed in a brand name like Serta. For a chair designed for 8 hours a day use, this chair fails miserably. The primary seating surfaces should be genuine leather. The shame is this is very comfortable chair that belongs in a museum--untouched!

Keep looking
Chair is really nice but it does not hold up at all. Only a few years in and the covering is pealing off all over. Customer service wont honor their 10 year warranty they advertise since it doesn't cover the parts that actually break and wear out. If it held up or their service was better, I'd recommend it but as is go with something else for the price.
