Great handy tools to have on hand - Helps for shipping label removal + other labels
I got these on a whim, just to test out if all the hype was real. Yep! They are LEGIT for MANY USES; - Removing shipping labels = a must have if recycling/reusing boxes or to get your/others info off boxes. - Handy for price tag removal = I did not intend them to be used in this way, but have got great result removing labels from items. The fresher the label the easier of course, however, these tools (Both Metal and Plastic) have been useful in removing those older labels or ones that the stickiness tends to leach into the plastic/cardboard surface. Most came off clean, others did need a little something to help remove the stickiness (rubbing alcohol/goof-off/etc). - Letter opening = Yeah I still get snail mail, so tested out these and they work much better than a letter opener that cuts open the envelope. with these you can open the letter at the point of adhesion. Not as quick as slicing open, but those blades get dull quickly. These seem to hold up pretty well, yes even the plastic version. The longevity of the plastic ones remains to be seen, but so far I've been using mostly the plastic ones and I am impressed how well they do so far. - Box opening = I had a box that I could reuse, however it would require dealing with box glue. That stuff is very strong and hard to deal with, usual just cut open box with blade or rip it open. These handy tools help get to that glue spot and make it so there was minimal damage if any to the cardboard - took a little work to figure out how best to go about it, but it worked great once I got it. - other uses = I used them to remove a plastic blister for a carded item that I wanted only the item, not all the packaging = works like a charm!!! no more box cutters, razors, knives, etc. Simple plastic one is perfect!!! I'm sure there are many more uses for these, as I get older and lose hand dexterity these little tools will be even more important. Possible cons (but not really "Cons"): - Well honestly I'm not sure how long the plastic ones will be good for. So far I see at least a couple years per plastic tool in heavy usage on a regular basis (not daily, but close). Noticed the ones I used on things not "removing labels" do have duller edges (slight), but I was testing them out to see how far I could push things. That's it, they are super for the intended usage. They can do lots more and they are pretty cheap for what you do get. I would pay $10 for the metal one alone, so the extra plastic ones were a bonus and complete surprise to me. They actually handle the label removing pretty nice on things that do require less aggressive means (chemicals and/or metal tooling). I've "saved" a few items by simply using these to remove stubborn price stickers placed in terrible spots on the product (collectible items). Now those items can sit nice with all the others without that glaring "$X.99" giant sticker. Nothing is absolutely perfect, but once you get used to how they can help - it'll get easy and you'll wonder like I did "How did I do this without these little tools?" :)

Love the blade!!
Seriously, the blade is worth the entire kit. Its a miracle worker. I actually get excited to use this. As a tiny amazon seller, I need to re-use boxes on a regular basis, but don't want to include the label on my next shipment for multiple reasons. This metal blade is worth it in spades. Not sure I'll use the plastic ones all that much, but we'll see.

Smiles: less frustration or broken fingernails. Long lasting smiles.
I purchased this set nine years ago. Since then I have purchased two additional sets of the red, white and blue. Since then I have had More Ease in my life. I have the red, white and blue stationed at different places in my house. It is easy to spot if they travel and end up in the wrong place. They are good not only for lifting labels, but for opening packages-those with acrylic glued to cardboard, or cardboard glued to cardboard. Even when heavy duty glue is used, such as on “this box was built to fit”, these dandy little lifters don’t give up. So long as I remember to grab one of these for the harder to open packages, I don’t have to expose my fingernails to risk. And, as for the other two sets I purchased, they are gone to friends and family. Less frustration in life to all!

Great, but confusing instructions
These work great and are nice, I use them to remove labels, stickers, all kinds of things. They are invaluable if you do any reselling or thrifting or even just want to keep your collection nice and buy things with price labels stuck on them. However, one complaint -- one of them (the metal one) had a warning to not use without following the instructions on the box. But the thing is, there was no box, and no instructions! So I was at a loss about what instructions I should be following before using that one. I feel like you shouldn't sell something that says "see instructions on the box" without a box or instructions... but I still managed to figure it out I think. So I'll dock one star for that.

Great for removing stickers
Great for what I needed. Very helpful. They are lightweight but have sturdy material so they can do so much work. They help get under the stickers and make it much easier and quicker to peel.

This product works!!
I am an Interior Designer and Lifestyle Organizer and I love this product. I have also given several as gifts. I suggest getting a small snap plastic bin to store in, for safety and to keep all the pieces together. You can even throw a small can of goof off in the bin, so you have all you need.
