Guitar Humidifier - Guitto 2-in-1 Humidity Care System for Acoustic Guitar Humidifier Hygrometer GHD-01

I purchased this to help keep my acoustic guitar from cracking and delaminating in the harsh dry southwestern united states.The hygrometer certainly is not scientific grade - but for 10 bucks I never expected it to be.The little bottle that comes with the humidifier is slow to fill and difficult to use when filling the humidifier - I found a 5 mL syringe from my feed and tack store works faster and easier.The sponge inside the humidifier seems to be working well so far. But considering I'm using tap water I presume I'll be replacing this humidifier in the next 8-12 months due to calcium build up will leave it worthless in that time.Again, for 10 dollars it does the job, and it's worth using to prevent damage from a dry climate on a wooden guitar.

I own an extremely valuable Martin D-45 acoustic guitar. I live in Wisconsin where climate is not kind to acoustic guitars. Love this humidifier which let's me monitor the guitar's humidity daily.

Nice product. Easy to read gauge and love the way it slides on to the soundhole. So far so good keeps the humidity at 50% in the high desert. Well made and easy to fill with included bottle. I know the bottle will not hold up long but a simple dental syringe works great.

I brought 6 of these. Have them in all the guitars I build. The price is worth the protection. Takes the guesswork out of humidifying your guitar. Easy to read gauge. Will buy more as needed.

Although this is a nice looking item, the way that it attaches to the sound hole is problematic. Doesn't fit if your sound hole has reinforcement all the way around. Also, having a sound hole pickup can get in the way of the install and fit. Third, filling it up is guesswork and would be easy to put too much water in, with no way to remove it easily. Not perfect.

A good amount of money for my guitar under $1,000 but close to it for me that's a lot of money I took the product out of the box it was at 40% humidity in my case it's been at 50% humidity constant I plan on having this guitar for a long time so this was a good investment

Totally useless. Gage doesn't work. No way to measure the 5ml ofwater. Doesn't clip onto the sound hole as advertised. Even if you force the clip onto the sound hole you can't then close your guitar case - which makes any humidificatiion process unlikely.Don't bother. This thing isn't fit for purpose.

These do what they are intended to do. I want to protect my instruments from cracking. Thanks.
