Wonderful!!!! We love these fans so much. They're super powerful, with 3 settings, and they're easy to carry from one room to another. They're a nice size and look and feel very sturdy, so they seem like they're going to last a long time. Only time will tell. The price was great for two as well. We've been trying to save money on our electricity, and this is the perfect solution versus letting it get to a certain temperature before turning the AC on. We're now always feeling cool and relaxed while enjoying the powerful air from these fans. We have one in our family room (where we spend a lot of time) and another in our bedroom. The white noise is great for sleeping. That's all we need. We're going to save a ton of money this summer while still feeling great.

I have had the fan for 3 days. So far the Fan is Quiet, Works well, Delivers a Strong air flow, was Not too expensive and is Reasonably Light Weight. I would not say it is light weight since it is heavier than the Lasko-type plastic fans. But it is easy to carry with the attached handle and it delivers much higher air flow than the plastic ones do. I have had it running for 48 hours straight (24 hrs on High and 24 hrs on Medium) and the motor housing is not inordinately hot. The motor is physically about the same size (~4.25" diameter) as that on a 20" Vernco Box Fan this one replaces, but it's power consumption (120 Watts) is about half that of the Vernco motor. I doubt this fan will last the 30 +years the Vernco Fan did because the metal blades are thinner and the spinning blades of this fan are inside a metal wire cage rather than a sheet metal box. I am very happy with this choice, especially with it costing about half that of other comparably-sized metal blade fans. Time will tell how long it holds up.

This review is for the 12” diameter fan by Simple Deluxe. We needed a fan for drying residual water on tiles of our bathroom shower. Wow, this fan is a little powerhouse! Only 12” diameter, but moves mountains of air. Dries a very tall large tiled line shower on about 20 minutes. Simply amazing. What I like most about this fan is the easy-to-clean feature—metal clips and a small bolt hold the grille in place. Very easy to undo and allows you to wipe off dust from the grille and impeller. No metal screws into plastic fittings which allow just a few undo-ings until the plastic threads get stripped. Why is this so important? Keeping the impeller free of built up dust and grime allow the fan to work efficiently w less friction and kess wear/tear on the motor. More about why I like this fan… Brushless motor. This is built to last. It might need a few drops of oil from time to time. That’s alot easier and economical than replacing the entire appliance. (A “brush” motor has little carbon pins that make contact to keep the motor running…but with each turn of the motor, those pins (“brush”) wear down until eventually no contact can be made, and the motor will not turn anymore.). Whirring sound like a smooth propeller. Perfectly centered, no wobble or asymmetry. Almost a white noise type sound. Solid construction, all metal. 3 speeds. High moves 1800 CFM ! Moves mountains of air in a tiny 12” size. Best of all, EZ to clean! Did I already explain how easy this fan is to clean? It is a rare gem in a sea of throw away plastic fans with metal screws into plastic threads that allow only a few undoings before they will not hold together anymore and the entire appliance needs to be replaced. P.S. During summer heat dome weather, we place this on the floor of our coolest room. It distributes cool air and the room feels as if it has a little AC on. Bottom line: highly recommend this fan for quality build, function and compact-but-mighty size.

I spent quite a while building my garage into a proper workshop. That included AC. The white thing is a room AC unit, I got it cheap, but needed a better way to circulate the cold air in my shop. Hence the fan purchase. I tossed the included stand, useless for my application, bent up a nice hanger, look at those bends boys, and hung in on the wall. Plugged it in, now nice cold air blows all around the shop! SWEET!! After reading all the reviews, I expect at some point to clean and lube the bearings myself, but that's not a issue for me. A little lite machine oil, we'll be good to go! Good price, quite as needed, works well, WINNER WINNER!

These fans are a must have! It's a two-pack deal. They have three speeds. Heavy duty metal floor fan.... They are loud. That is something you would want to keep in mind, but with any metal you are going to have noise... I don't mind the noise. I actually use one every night when I go to sleep. It's great for any room. In the house or in the garage. They pack a punch and worth every penny!

Excellent product really puts out the air solid metal cage well made

We have had this for many years and it is still blowing strong. After this amount of time it has gotten a bit more noisy, but we continue to use it at night. The size is perfect for night time use and it puts out a lot of air movement. Sometimes we have to aim it up because it puts out so much air. It has 3 speed settlings making it great for different temps. I strongly recommend this and I know when this one goes out I will buy another.

Really nice fan so far. I wanted a good fan but small enough to fit on a filing cabinet. This is perfect. In Florida the heat can get so hot that you need some kind of cooling off when you work in a warehouse in the heat. This is perfect for my youngest to stay cool while siting at the outside computer. The noise lever is small, it's like any other fan this size. I wanted an open style fan instead of a box fan as the open style, to me, get so much more air flow.

Very powerful fan. Had one of those 16in standup plastic fans they sell for 20-40$ at all the major retailers. It felt like it did nothing. Caved and spent 100$ on this fan. WORTH!!! Great power. Forces air around a room. Useful if opening windows doesn't give a good breeze or if you cant open like my case. Isnt exactly AC but it actually cools you off. Even on Low its powerful. I usually use Medium if very hot or just Low to push around air in my room at night. Noise level isnt bad because the fan is "white noise" like a bathroom ceiling fan for instance. I sleep easily with this on any level because the rooms soo much cooler. Slight rattle of the metal-on-metal but goodluck having an industrial fan that is SILENT. Its not even that noticible, if you find you cannot deal with it just return it. Have had my fan now about a month and it works great, cools me off, and made me go from sweating everyday all day to literally feeling comfortable again in my home. Fan has a warranty with the company that sells it, though Amazon, that lasts 1 year after Amazons 30day ends. You have 13months incase this thing breaks to get it fixed/replaced. Amazon Customer Service said if they refuse to fix it under warranty but I am still in the year range after the first month to call Amazon and they would deal with the company and get it dealt with as well! Pretty solid deal in my books. 10/10 Recommend!

The stand is flimsy aluminum and can get out of shape.. Hard for seniors and ladies to put together. The cord should come straight out the back not to the left or right of controls . Good air volume and a solid 3 prong thick electrical 6 ft cord! It can be noisy at high speed . The control knob not showing in directions is useless. It comes apart to clean the aluminum fans which is a good point. A 12 inch fan like this, is good for a home.
