What extraction method is used?

I find the sellers response unsatisfactory here, as the label clearly states "organic lion's mane at an extract of 15:1". So what extraction method is used?!

I've received 2100mg capsules not 7500mg. Should I be concerned that there are other variations from what is advertised?
