Bought these after seeing pani puri all over my social media, I’m not an experienced fryer but these were really easy and so good! I made the traditional potato/chickpea filling but I also stuffed them with other foods and it’s a fun way to eat!

Easy peasy to cook
Mind you I’m an American so my review is based on my experience with Indian food… holy crap these are so good and so easy to make. I used oil cook method…😳😳😳 so so sooo good and easy. Filled with mixture of chick peas, potatoes, cilantro and mint mix and then poured a bit of Pani Puri water inside… omgosh. I’m in love

It will do. It’s more of a rice cracker flavor and a bit harder. Can come broken too. My packet was broken It will do if u don’t have the real desi Gol Gappay -

Perfectly Puffed !

Fryums textured. Can experience a combination of salt and sweet taste. But these are fryums not good for paani puri coz it's slightly thicker and textured, not smooth texture like the other puri.
