Good Results
I am experiencing very good results with this product. Used it to seal the lanai aluminum seam that was leaking due to the prior caulk cracking. Used heat gun to remove old caulk then put this down. It had good adhesion and is handling the heating expansion of the metal during the day followed by cooler temps at night. I think this is going to last a good long time.
