This item arrived completely shattered and packaged in a way that would not ensure it’s safety upon arrival. It does look great, but will have to order a completely new one.

I really like the product but it arrived completely shattered. Don’t know how I can return this back with this many pieces. I heard the rattles of the pieces as I lifted the box from the porch. So disappointed.
