How does the non stick surface fare in time? Had a counter top griddle whit flakes of coating in 10 uses

Yes, this is fab, I’ve done thick steaks on it, chicken skewers…lots of different things…and it’s great how you can make one side super hot and keep the heat lower on the other side..
