Good monitor for basic photo/video editing and casual gaming
I'm a hobbyist photographer/videographer (I sell products but it's not my full time job) and this monitor has been excellent so far for editing. For the past several years my setup has been three 27" QHD (2K) monitors, but I recently got into drone photography and decided to replace one of the monitors with something bigger to help with editing the larger landscape photos (it has helped). I also recently built a new computer and wanted to get a 4K monitor to take advantage of the upgraded video card (that was more of a "want" than a "need" but it was definitely worth it). As for gaming, I'm way too old to be hardcore lol. For the games I do play - WOW, (non-hardcore) MOBA, strategy/simulations, etc - this monitor is a huge upgrade from a 27" QHD and delivers excellent performance. The monitor arrived well packaged with no dead pixels or any other problems. The stand isn't anything fancy but it serves its purpose - height & angle adjustability more than meet my needs (I'll probably eventually get an arm and mount it like my other 2 monitors to free up some desk space). There were some cables in the box but my desk is a little distance from my computer so I ordered a longer cable (Cable Matters DP 1.4, 16 feet) for 20 bucks and it works fine. The monitor's color gamut and brightness are great for my needs and it calibrated easily using my Spyder. I haven't used the speakers. If you need more than a billion colors, built-in hardware color calibration or an insane refresh rate, this monitor isn't for you - you'll either need to get a smaller monitor pay a lot more. But for general use, this is great monitor for the price! I've had it for 2 weeks and am very happy with the purchase.

Great monitor!
Fantastic, ginormous monitor. Can fit like 4 regular screens in this puppy. Great for singular work spaces where you don't want to finangle with multiple monitors but you want to have several split screen views, etc. Display is crisp and adjustable in a myriad of ways. Good audio as well. Connects easily, height adjusts well, works great all around!

A good general purpose 4k monitor that emphasize picture quality
Overview: To me, a retired professional as in I am a professional at being retired, it is a 'reasonably priced' general purpose 4k monitor that matches my emphasis on color accuracy for family photos (Photoshop elements and Premier), with a little gaming (MSFS2020, Mechwarrior On Line and YouTube). The 32" size seems to be my upper limit as I have to have it closer (<20") from eyes and any bigger would require head pivot to see the sides. Pros: Great color after Calibration I (SpyderXPro). Stand is Solid Metal and stable for me, Comes with HDMI cable (I use the Data Port though). Cons: No USB ports. Speakers are minimal (a tradition with monitors). One button joystick menu button (some would call that a pro). Conclusion: Nice monitor.

I'm not easily impressed but I'm impressed with this monitor.
I spent way too much time shopping for monitors and I'm usually always dissatisfied. This monitor blew away my expectations and performs (picture quality, consistency, and brightness) so much better than any other monitor I've used. So what is the deal with this? And why is this the best monitor in this price range? You are getting the same high quality and high performance LED panel as the more expensive monitors in this size but they've put it in a cheaper plastic enclosure with less features (less connections, cheaper power supply, cheaper stand, cheaper plastic case). So if you are looking for $1000+ performance and don't need all the extra connection options, audio features, pretty case, and fancy stand - this is a tremendous value at half the price. You can use the money saved and buy a nice pivoting VESA stand (yes, it has VESA on the back so you can easily mount this on anything).

Great clear IPS Display with Beautiful Colors that Pop and Good Off-Angle Flat Screen
Great 32" 4k monitor. Beautiful colors with IPS, good off angle viewing and I like the single stick control. Cord isn't standard pluggable power and is short but makes it to my power conditioner. Had it for two days, setup in minutes, this is a keeper. I run the LG UN650 IPS side by side with my relatively new Philips 328E 32" 4k VA, the biggest difference by far is the color on the UN650's IPS is so much better, deeper and pops, making the the 328E's VA screen look washed. The UN650 IPS flat screen has good off angle and the 328E is curved so I don't lose screen real estate. The price is a two sided coin -- the first 32" 4k IPS display at $450 new is unbelievable and worth the extra $100 over a VA display whether 1 step down or from another brand. I remember buying several HP 30" 2k IPS displays used on eBay for $600 years ago which was a steal for the $2,000 monitor when new, those HP's don't run on Windows 10 anymore being so old. Next came cheap 28" 4k TA monitors which required reading glasses but reasonable for programming. Now for about the same price as the 28" TA and $150 less than used 2k IPS's I get a brand new 4k IPS monitor at double the resolution on a bigger screen. The other side of the coin is I just spent $450 on a monitor, although for one I really needed and worth it. 4k movies over a firestick look good but are a little dark after getting used to my now older 4k LED TV, just testing with Avengers: Infinity War. Sound is good from the standard jack when amplified thru my Fiio and Sennheiser headphones. I haven't played games in years so I'm not interested in 120 or 144Hz which may not exist yet for IPS and would cost twice as much or more. I primarily have this monitor for programming and office applications and it suits me very well, great purchase. Thank you LG.

I love these monitors!
I just bought two of these monitors - one for myself and one for my wife. I have been using mine for about a week and she has been using her's for a day. The monitors are connected to Windows 10 computers with display port 1.4 cables. Pros: - Beautiful vibrant picture - Zero dead pixels (originally thought there were a few, see note below) - 4k is much better than 1080p. Even when I am inches from the screen, I have trouble discerning a single distinct pixel. - Minimal backlight bleed - Very bright (I keep mine at around 30% brightness, 50% brightness hurts my eyes) - Built-in 5 watt speakers are decent. The integrated speakers are the primary reason I chose LG over other brands. LG, please keep this up. 7 watt speakers would have been even better. Not needing a soundbar/speakers keeps my setup clean with minimal wires. - So far, on the couple games I have tried, I have been able to game at high settings, 4k, 60Hz with a 1080 Ti. I plan to upgrade to a current generation card soon, though. - All games display correctly on a 16:9 monitor versus an ultrawide. I previously had a 29 inch ultrawide and it was hit-or-miss if a game used the whole screen. Cons: - The stand is mediocre and is my biggest complaint by far. It is mostly plastic with what seems like an aluminum interior on the base. The monitor wobbles slightly when I type. I would easily have paid LG $200 more for a monitor with a rock-solid all-metal stand. I know there is the 32UN880-B with an all-metal stand, but it is a clamp-stand and I can't attach my stand to my desk. I'm probably going to buy an aftermarket replacement. - The power cord is very short (only ~5 ft) and barely reaches my power strip. Other: - Haven't tried HDR yet. I'll update the review if I test it out. - Comes with white HDMI and display port cables. I didn't use the provided display port cable. Instead I bought a well reviewed display port 1.4 cable online. - I actually prefer the white back of the monitor. I originally wanted an all-black monitor, but the white doesn't stand out as much against my lighter colored walls and I find that I prefer it. Note on dead pixels: - I originally thought that my monitor had two dead pixels and that my wife's had one dead pixel. The black spots were pitch-black debris that were statically attached to the screen. Overall, I am extremely happy with these monitors. My complaints about the mediocre stand and short power cable are minor and both can be replaced. The panel is what I bought this monitor for. My wife loves hers and is already talking about buying a second.

Highly satisfy
The screen is very easy to adjust to whatever mode you need quickly. It is very sharp. I don not see the need to fork up $6000 for an Apple 4k monitor. Because it is ISP, you get to see a full screen of sharp color. This is a major benefit other non-ISP monitor don't have. As to the speaker, just run on the expanded mode, you get a decent sound/base. If you plug in your headset into the audio-out at the back of the monitor, once you turn on Dolby Atom or other spacial sound, you will be blasted away. I like the ease of height adjustment, and the simple cable retaining ring to keep things nice tightly.

Exactly what I needed!
I've been looking around for a large monitor for my home office... finally my Samsung 24" monitor gave up on me. Was considering a 34" ultrawide monitor, but curved... not quite for me. This LG 32UN650 ticked most of the boxes for me - 3840x2160 resolution to fit 2 Word docs side-by-side, HDMI, built-in speakers... EXCEPT no USB-C connectivity. The alternative with my ideal specs would have costed another $350 to $400. And if I wanted the full works with built-in web-cam, then it would have been another $1,500+. The low-down is: great screen, albeit no USB-C and the built-in speakers are ok for the usual YouTube playback but not for web conferencing. Good colours, resolution is good too. Connectivity with my MacBook Pro via HDMI is good - no need for adapter. The best part about this purchase is: delivery was made within 2 days, BUT Amazon.SG's tracking showed it was yet to be delivered. So Kudos to the seller, BizgramAsia. Overall great purchase and yes, exactly what I needed!

What a nice screen with nice options for video editors
My father helped me to buy this replacing 4k screen for my PC . I'm into video production on my own and I work with low budgets. It's amazing , the colors are very nice. Some complain about the HDR being low budget HDR. Maybe but it's a screen made for realistic color kit and it feels very goergous . It has 10 bits colors options , 32 bits depth and the HDR adds a bit of graduation in colors. Working on photos or videos with this screen is very pleasing for me. It's a IPS screen so color fidelity is better than with VA panels that have some interresting abilities but are less realistic on the photo work and blurry sometimes for video precision according to what I've read. Anyway , for a screen with last high end HDR ( more than HDR400 ) settings and a IPS panel mounted on a metal solid frame as good as this 32 inch one , you'd have to pay around 900$ CAD so this one has what I wanted and too much HDR is no good. I even turn it off for video or photo editing sometimes when I want to avoid decontrasting feeling . HDR's good for games but this screen is not at my point of view a perfect gaming screen. Not for Nvidia GPU's but I don't care as I'm using it for work on 3d scenes and post-production. Very pleased even if it's my first day using it. If you're a multimedia worker , you may like this as a work screen.

Great 32" 4k IPS monitor for the price
I am a UX designer and I use this as my main workstation monitor. It's an awesome size and resolution. 4k means everything is crisp, and you get lots of real estate. Love how much space there is, the color accuracy, and brightness. There is a bit of IPS glow when looking at dark content in a dark room - but I always have a light on when I'm working - and I'm not watching movies on this thing. Great monitor for media / design professionals.
