These are Risers not Sliders and are used to rise bed for underneath storage and more. Good Price since 6 are needed for adjustable frames, Very durable

You would use the 2 inch ones. they work really well.

Can I stack these for extra height?

Yes, I guess you could, but I don't think that would be a good idea. It might be too unstable. Just buy a higher height one like the 4 inch.
