Best food for dog
Great product, when compared to pedigree wet food the quantity (size) is more and also this has less chemical when compared to pedigree which makes drools a healthy and affordable choice

Not for my dog..
Well giving it 3 Stars because my dog (medium Indie breed) is not at all excited about it, given plain he almost never eats it. Only way to fees it to him is to mix with rice or solid dog food 😅🤷🏻

Foul smell, spoiled batch, and caused severe stomach issues — canceling subscription!
I am writing this review after a deeply concerning experience. We have been feeding this wet food to our dog, for a few months now, ordering it reliably on a two-week basis. My parents usually handle his morning feedings, so I unfortunately didn't catch this issue as soon as I would have liked. When I went to feed him this morning and opened a sachet from our most recent batch (manufacturing date in March), I was hit with an absolutely foul smell. The texture of the mixture inside was completely off and clearly inedible. This immediately explained why Ralph has been suffering from loose motions for the past few days. Regardless of the fact that we immediately went to the Vet, It is incredibly alarming to realize the food we trusted was making him sick. I am highly disappointed to experience this kind of quality control failure from a brand like Drools, especially since I've been completely unable to reach customer support to report it. He is an elderly dog, and his digestion is naturally more sensitive at his age. We simply cannot risk exposing him to further illness, dysentery, or worse. Because of this spoiled batch, we are immediately canceling our recurring order and will no longer be purchasing this brand. Please check your batches carefully before feeding!
