Wet Cat Food, The Mix and Match Game Pate Variety Pack, 3oz Can, Pack of 18

It's very rare to find a wet cat food that all 4 of my cats go crazy for but this is the one! At least for the time being. But I have been giving them this for about 4 months now and so far so good. It has a nice, creamy texture and as indicated on the label, is indeed very hydrating. And the six flavor choices in this 18 pack are all enjoyed by my furry purries and I'm sure they enjoy the variety. Give this food a try!

My cats love these. They free feed on dry food (Costco: Kirkland Signature Super Premium Maintenance Chicken & Rice Formula Cat Food) throughout the day and then get a tablespoon of this wet food mixed with some Omega-3 oil. Even though it’s only 18 cans, this lasts over a month with two cats (giving them 1-2 tablespoons per day for enrichment)!

My cat really enjoys most of this variety pack - however, with my last two subscription orders I've noticed some of the cans may be compromised (?). She refused to eat any of the Meal or No Deal cans, and it used to be one her favorites! The pate color was also a little off and greyish. The other cans in the pack were fine, but I wish there was a way to ensure the quality and freshness of every can, especially with the price point being so high for this cat food.

This is the only wet food that BOTH of my cats lick the bowl crystal clean with. They don't leave a drop uneaten--usually they lick the wettest parts of patte and leave the rest to dry up and get tossed. These are very hydrating and very liquid (which is very easy to get it out of the can without any utensils!! It plops right out without leaving almost anything behind unlike every other wet food) so they absolutely love it, and they love every single flavor, too. One of my cats is intolerant to fish so this mix was perfect so one can have the seafood and the other can have the chicken/beef, and it's rare my intolerant one finishes any wet food, usually she leaves about half or more for her brother to finish and she prefers dry food. This is also cheaper than buying Science Diet, which was my previous preferred food, and while I haven't compared nutrition, except that the calories are very low (which is great for my chubby cats lol), but at least I'm not wasting any of the food. If you have picky cats, try this! It might just be the one!

Strange texture and smell. I had to stir it up with a fork or else it was like hard Jello.

I highly recommend this cat food. I feed it to a couple of senior girls in the barn (they have their own room with heat and ac so it ain't exactly a rough life) who like this as a supplement to their diet of rodents and errant birds. Therefore the little cans are perfect. They don't eat every food I've tried, but they certainly like this pate. It even smells good to them and me, so it must be good!
