I bought this product in early April of 2022. It was a replacement for a different water flosser that I had. I bought this one mostly because the other one was really hard to clean and got pretty gross. This one works extremely well, has different settings for stronger or weaker flow, and is engineered differently so there is virtually no cleanup. I was extra satisfied. However, at the end of March it inexplicably stopped working. I charged it overnight, started it up and it would die almost immediately. After a couple of these attempts I reached out to their customer support with low expectations. It had been almost a year. We’re they going to respond, and if they did, would they give me a new unit after that amount of time? I received not one, but three replies in less than 48 hours, thanking me for reaching out and assuring me that they would send me a replacement unit. I’m about a week I received my new unit (which works as it should - perfectly), and a follow-up email letting me know it had been sent with a tracking number. Really hard to be dissatisfied with that kind of responsiveness and follow-through. Highly recommend.

I purchased this flosser six months ago and was very pleased with the product until it suddenly stopped working and the battery would no longer accept a charge. It had great force, the chamber was adequate in size, and it was easy to charge using a USB C cord that was provided. I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately under the terms of the warranty. I would highly recommend this product based upon its quality, reasonable price, and outstanding warranty.

** Updated ** Having several Sonicare air flossers which all stopped working, we were excited to try out this water flosser. We charged it overnight before using it. It is working extremely well so far. We thought it was broken when it stopped in the middle of a cleaning session after our first few uses, but it has an auto shut -off feature. It eventually turned on again after waiting about 10 minutes, but that means sharing between multiple people requires pre-planning. When it shuts off, the lights are on, the battery is fully charged, but nothing happens when the power button is pressed. Pros: - powerful, effective stream - highly adjustable pressure from easy for beginner to high for experienced - large reservoir, good for one cleaning - easy to dry out/clean with detachable reservoir - decent size for traveling, could be more portable for traveling on budget airlines - nice quality accessories pack included - comfortable ergonomics, easy to grip even when wet - fully waterproof - holds a charge for a long time - very cool travel case with inner pockets and a locking case for the tips Cons: - annoying, overly bright blue LED light disturbs melatonin at night - charger has proprietary end, must travel with included cord rather than a standard USB cord - auto shut-off limits continuous usable time Overall, it cleans very well and is a good product for the price. It is comfortable to hold and easy to use. It is highly effective at cleaning teeth and gums, and is a whole lot more fun than flossing!

I ordered the H2Floss and it worked great for about a month. Then it died on me after the days to return it expired, so I contacted the company via the email listed on the box and explained to them I had just purchased it. They sent an email to the company that makes them and this lady responded to me right away. They were all VERY NICE and professional. She told me they would send me a replacement and I would get it within a week, and I did. Since getting the second one, it works so GOOD, it is FANTASTIC. I think the first one was just a DUD and that's why it didn't work. I have not had any problems with the replacement they sent to me. I will say it has 5 power settings and a couple of them are way to strong for my mouth, so I put it on a lower setting. I would definitely recommend this water flosser!

After posting my review of this product the company contacted me directly and asked if I would try the product again, giving it a second chance. I agreed and they replaced the product at no charge. I originally purchased this product for some specific features. The gravity ball, the included travel case, the case that holds all of the nozzles in one place and the large water reservoir. All of these things are still my top pros. The original product just stopped working so I sent it back since I specifically bought it to go with us to Spain for two weeks. I received the new one, tried it out for the few days we had left before leaving on vacation and it worked great. We packed it (with a backup flosser just in case) and went on vacation. This flosser worked great and lasted the whole time away. Still working today. We definitely like this flosser better than the replacement product I purchased after the first one died. I highly recommend this product. It’s highly organized for travel, can be very powerful if needed and the battery lasted for a very long time. Two people used it daily for 3 weeks and it still hasn’t run down in power. Customer support was persistent and helpful. It would have been great if it had worked longer than 2 and a half weeks. It was easy to use and comfortable to hold. I loved that the water well came off completely to be able to fully empty and dry it. Everything was working great until it didn’t. Out of the blue it stopped working. I fully charged it one night and the next night when I pushed the power button it just whines instead of pulsing out water. I really wanted this flossed to work. We are going to Europe for 2 weeks in May. This flosser was my solution to packing our full size stationary flosser. So disappointed. Wanted to use it for a while before taking it on a long trip. I have braces and I have to have a water flosser. Well, the hunt begins again…

I want to start off by saying I bought this water pik well over a year ago, almost 2 years. I've used it every day since. My husband had bought me a Waterpik® shortly after I got this one, thinking I'd like it more, and I used the waterpik® close to never. A few days ago I charged my H2o floss water pik and the battery stopped working, but the light would still go on, so I figured I'd send a message to the seller asking if there was anything I should or could do to make this work again. I am very obsessive about flossing, water pik and brushing, I really needed a dependable water pik. They replied to me almost instantly and gave me the unfortunate news that the battery had died. And I was not under the 1 year warranty but they presented me with an offer if I'd like to replace it with a new one. I accepted and had a new one 3 days later. I can't tell you how happy this made me, and being a customer service instructor, the way this was handled was so perfect, I will use this case as discussion in my classes. In conclusion, this product is amazing. There are 5 different speeds, it comes with a reservoir for water that holds more than enough water, comes with 5 different attachment picks, a charger brick with cord(charge is good for a week or more) , and a travel case, which is very nice. It travels nicely in my suitcase, I couldn't be happier with the product as well as their stellar customer service. I recommend this item 1000% and they have made me a happy camper/customer. I absolutely loved this water flosser- until it crapped out when I had to finally charge it. I travel frequently, and it easily fit into my suitcase. I have periodontal disease, which means flossing is a necessity if I like having teeth. I usually hate flossing, but this actually made it fun. Better still, I got better news at the dentist office when I returned for my four month check-up. I was crowing to my boyfriend that this water flosser was an absolute bargain, for the way it is helping my oral health. Then in February- the thing started acting possessed when I tried to charge it.. I plugged it in, and it lit up...and then the light went out. I tried different adapters of the same type that was included with the water pik, to see if that was the problem. It wasn't. All of a sudden- not plugged in... the thing turned on by itself in the bathroom while my husband was in a conference call(small cramped city apartment WFH..yay..anyway, it had no water in it, so loud AF). I ran to the bathroom to turn it off, perplexed how it turned on by itself, joking about a poltergeist- but then you couldn't turn the damn thing off. I'm trying everything..pressing every button, plugging the adapter in and out. Nothing. In the end, I wrapped it up in a huge blanket and buried it in a closet until it died. I wanted to send it back, but the window was closed. Damn. It was good while it lasted, but evidently (source: my now smug boyfriend laughing at my cheap ass for getting what I paid for) when the battery is shot in cheap goods, glitches where the power on and off button not working happen. He turned out to be right, for the same glitch happened with a beloved cheap rechargeable sonic-powered whatever toothbrush , two weeks after the water flosser incident. We were on a trip, so learning from the possessed water flosser, I tossed that ish in the trash and endured yet another lecture on being cheap. Whatever- it was worth the less than $30 bucks for getting praise from the dentist about my gums. I will invest in something of better quality, but when it works this pic is amazing. Just don't expect to have it long.

AGGIORNAMENTO DEL 5 GIUGNO 2024 L'idropulsore funziona alla grande, la mia igienista è talmente felice che quasi si mette a volare 😂 Non sa che il gran parte del merito di avere gengive sanissime e perfette è dovuto anche molto a questo oggetto. Lo uso due volte al giorno, sulla prima tacca ( il getto è abbastanza potente). Poi spazzolino elettrico e filo spugnoso Ortho Floss della Gum. Così ho anche eliminato gli scovolini che costano un patrimonio 😉. Sparito anche il tartaro! 🥳🥳🥳 1 recensione: Ero abituata al classico idropulsore con il filo a molla, che per certi aspetti rimpiango, ma che non ho ricomprato sia per l'estetica e lo spazio che occupava sul piano lavabo. Cerco di, spiegare la. differenza fra quello grande da appoggio e questo che ho acquistato. Il modello grande ha un serbatoio da 600 cc., che basta sicuramente per fare le due arcate sia esternamente che internamente. Gli ugelli in dotazione erano veramente tanti basti dire. che di quello più usato ce n'erano ben 4 e tutti alloggiati nel coperchio del contenitore dell'acqua. Era scomodo da riempire ma la comodità è la facilità di manovra sui denti, era superiore in quando la parte che stava in mano era decisamente più piccola di qualsiasi spazzolino elettrico. E di positivo aveva anche che l'acqua nel serbatoio, non finiva mai ( credo che il motivo fosse dovuto all'uggello che probabilmente aveva il foro più piccolo). Questo invece è bellissimo esteticamente, non perde acqua da nessuna parte, ma con 300 ml non riesco a passarlo dappertutto per cui faccio un'altro pieno di acqua. Il getto lo trovo abbastanza potente, tanto che lo uso massimo sulla. seconda tacca. A me, appena riempito, resta parecchio pesante sulla mia mano artrosica e meno maneggevole in quanto un po' ingombrante. È senza filo ma la ricarica dura parecchio, minimo una settimana. Ha una presa con attacco USB, fortunatamente avevo in casa un vecchio caricatore. del cellulare e funziona perfettamente! Non gli trovo grossi difetti, anzi, e sinceramente lo ricomprerei. Non fate. come me che i primi giorni smontavo la parte bassa per. metterci l'acqua e non mi ero accorta che che c'era un. bellissimo tappo, super comodo e a tenuta stagna. Ah!!! qualsiasi prova vogliate. fare, l'ugello deve stare rigorosamente in bocca se non è il giorno che dedicate alla pulizia di fino del bagno 😁😂 Vi ho allegato un video, non perfetto, ma vi fa vedere l uso dei pulsanti, l'ugello che si può direzionare a 360 gradi ed il tappino per riempire il serbatoio. Non è nemmeno molto rumoroso 😉

Potencia suficiente y buen diseño pero no funciona después de solo cinco meses de uso. La batería empezó a dar problemas; cada vez duraba menos hasta que, sencillamente, no funciona. Por cierto, al reclamar a la compañía explicando el problema me responden preguntando qué producto quiero comprar: lamentable. Pongo una estrella porque no me deja no poner ninguna. IMPORTANTE: después de contactar con el vendedor a través de Amazon, el fabricante ha procedido al reembolso. He de reconocer que el servicio postventa ha sido de 10. También añado que, a pesar de que esta unidad en particular ha durado poco, es el único irrigador del mercado que volvería a comprar. De hecho, he adquirido dos nuevos. ¿El motivo? Es la única marca que da una potencia adecuada. He probado muchos otros y el problema era el mismo: falta de potencia. Simplemente salía un chorrito que no valía para nada. En el caso de H20floss es un irrigador de verdad. Además es simple y eficaz, un chorro a presión con cinco niveles. Las otras marcas incorporan funciones inútiles con programas como masajes, etc., que no valen para nada. En este caso tengo que poner las cinco estrellas a este producto y puedo asegurar que es la única marca recomendable. Espero que la compañía mantenga el formato porque ahora mismo es perfecto.
