Can it work on a SHURE BLX4R wireless instrument system?

This cable is designed to work with the following shure body packs: The WA304 will work with the following bodypacks: PG1, PGX1, BLX1, GLXD1, SLX1, ULX1, QLXD1, ULXD1, UR1, U1, AXT100. The BLX4R is the is the Rack mount Reciever which is part of the wireless system. So you would need to use the BLX1 with your BLX4 and this cable will work with that Body pack transmitter BLX1.

Will thisnwork with only 3 pins?

Nope … the mini-XLR on the Shure bodypack transmitter is a 4-pin connector, designed for use with condenser mics that receive phantom power from the bodypack.

Is this gonna fit in my akg wireless ?

It did not hold stable connection with my shure wireless pedal transmitter

so on the 4 pin side. Do the pins go into the adapter or does the adapter it self have the pins? Thanks Alex

The cable has a locking female connector (no pins) just the same as the OEM cable provided with the Line 6 Relay G50 TBP-12 bodypacK. If you're set up to do the work, and just want the 90 degree 1/4" male plug for the instrument side, I would strongly consider just replacing the 1/4" plug on your OEM provided cable. After looking into it myself, and for the DIY Types, it would be incredibly easy and cost effective (under $5) to just replace the 1/4" male connector on the instrument side. If you prefer the whole cable the Shure cable is the way to go at $20. Line 6 thinks highly of their cable at around the $40 price point. Hope this helps.
