How big is the wrist band?

I usually end up taking a link out with the jewlers pin removing tool I have so it fits correctly. I have never measured my wrist. When I have tried the watches on if it is too lose I remove a link and adjust the pin in the clasp. I believe I have had 4 of these divers watches over the last 10 or 12 years they work well until they quit which averages about 2 to 2-1/2 years.
