If any part of the kit breaks or is delivered broken, or if the pump stops working, we will replace the faulty parts free of charge!

How do I use therapy magnets?

Simply place them under the suction cups. We recommend alternating between suction cups with blue (positive) magnets and those with red (negative) magnets when you place them on your body. The use of magnets is optional

The kit I received is missing some suction cups (or the user manual or other accessories).

We're really sorry if this happens to you. We do our utmost to ensure that all the kits we send you are complete, but unfortunately omissions can happen. If this happens, we will send you any missing parts.
