If you don't know about arnica, you should. My signature experience was when I had a minor surgery procedure and they offered me Tylenol with codeine. I astonished them by not bothering to take any pain medication at all, and I attribute this to having taken arnica just before and just after the surgery! The fact that this brand is vegan was icing on the cake. I'm lactose intolerant, and many such meds use lactose as a filler for the tablet.

Bought thinking it was pain chapstick. But happy I found them. They work for my minor aches & sore muscles. Safe for my kids too.

I can’t tell if they work or not. My son has some facial bruising and pain that seemed to be going away on its own. As soon as I gave him these the bruising got worse somehow?

For people who try to say homeopathic things don’t work, they do. Period. If two people were to walk up a staircase, carrying their dog, save the dog, sacrifice their foot and leg to a harsh fall and have black and blues all up and down (hypothetical, clearly ;) and one takes this and the other doesn’t, the one that does may find their bruises essentially *gone* in 24 hours. Alright enough drama. This stuff works. It doesn’t have milk derived ingredients. It’s an absolutely must have for anyone who bruises easily (me), who is concerned about bruising after a surgery, for the clumsy (oh hi! also me)…it really works. If you’re here looking for a validated product, this is your sign. Later on down the road… Thank your lucky stars later that such an abundantly great, healing aid exists!

These pellets truly help my shoulder (torn rotator cuff). The doctor said it could take a year to heal, but these have made the pain much less--was super sharp and now just dull--much more tolerable. I forgot to take them one day and the pain was back to sharp...so in conclusion, I will take these daily without fail! Give them a try...arnica is a great anti inflammatory.

I had used another brand and these are completely different and work. You put 3 of the little pills under your tongue every 15 minutes for the 1st hour and then every hour 3 more. Very helpful for pain management.
