The tails arrived perfectly frozen, on the date they said. I thawed 2 tails overnight for the next day. Cooked for 6 minutes in salted boiling water, and removed the tails from the shell. The tails are 5-6 oz--but sure look larger than that--I would guess 8 oz. Excellent taste and flavor and consistency. When these are gone, I will absolutely reorder.
