Why does bottle say per 3 capsules, 500 mg’s for all ingredients in each capsule, and 1640 mg’s for the dry acerola alone.?

Natural Vitamin C for better Absorption

I am not getting my required vitamins and minerals from food and researched the benefits of vitamin C. I also researched the differences between natural and synthetic sources. I concluded that I need to take a vitamin C supplement to boost my immune system and that the body absorbs vitamins from natural sources better. I was attracted to this supplement because it is 100% naturally sourced, is over 5 times the recommended daily value, and is a 40-day supply. When opening the bottle for the first time, I was welcomed with the aroma of orange drink mix. The aroma did mostly go away after a few days. The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow. I purchased my first bottle over a month ago and have re-ordered. I take three capsules every morning. I have not been ill since I’ve started taking it. I recommend this supplement.
