I have a deviated septum and a few hours after the washout, I have random bouts of water running out of my nostrils. Am I doing it wrong?

This is a common situation if you have damaged nasal passages. I had an accident when I was very young and broke my nose and damaged my nasal airways which has left me with this problem. I can still drip water 2 hours after rinsing but find the relief from using this machine well worth this minor inconvenience.

How powerful is this compared to to the sinugator..? in ml how much does the container hold..? how long warranty. thanks

It is not powerful at all. My manual neti pot empties about 4 times quicker. It's just a water jet tooth flosser with a different tip, but double the price. Totally regret buying it and threw it in the bin.

I have misplaced the charger. Anyway know what type it is? Thanks

Unfortunately it's one that is unique amongst all the USB leads I have, and I have a lot! Best bet is to take the rinser into your local electrical store and show it to them. You could also contact the supplier. Hope this helps.

Do you sell replacement heads for this? I dont want to buy ifi cant get one

Nice machine but the heads are indeed very fragile and break easily if the machine is knocked over. Mine were both gone in accidents in three months. I could not find replacement heads anywhere, even after contacting the company.
