Psycho pharma is the absolute best pre-workout ive had, and ive tried many brands. This is a whole new level, and I would not recommend this for people who havent been using pre-workout for long and/or have just gotten into bodybuilding. This is an intense product. With Psychopharma, my pumps are noticeably larger compared to other brands. My energy, intensity, and aggression during workouts are greatly increased. My stomach isnt upset after use. And its by far one of the best tasting preworkouts and dissolves greatly in water compared to other brands. The energy from this preworkout peaks at 45mins and lasts about an hour, and after that it drops a noticeable amount, but not enough to leave me tired and not wanting to lift. This brand is more on the pricey side, but i find it well worth my money. And this is coming from someone with not a large amount of money to be spending on things like this.

Great PWO, allowed me to HEAVE and HEFT some HUMUNGOUS loads. Had to actually dial back because I was trying to PR on warmup sets which shows it is working. Good flavor, mixes well, good for workouts 30 min or longer, lots of CNS stim so need to burn it off. Had to push back a workout 20 min after taking it 30 min prior and did start to get a little jittery but felt great after the workout(over 350mg caffeine so this is expected). I initially ordered a sample pack from Psycho Pharma's website and liked the Raspberry and Fruit Punch the best but am sure the other flavors are great. Can see why Dr. Density supports and co-owns the brand, this seems like something he would take when not depleting the world's supply of instant coffee crystals, 6 out of 5 would buy again.

So, I've always enjoyed the Edge of Insanity Pre-workout mixes. This one is no different. This review pertains to the Black Ice flavor. In the past I've enjoyed the Spiked Punch, and Cherry Bomb flavors so I decided to give this one a try. As always a good flavor. Kind of a Blackberry punch deal just like on the label. In terms of energy, this one usually has an immediate and a long term effect. The immediate effect can be kind of jittery, and the long term will keep you up. However, I've yet to find a product that makes as much of a difference in terms of lifting power and capacity. I recommend taking one scoop (or a half a scoop if you're new to the product) with water and crushed ice about fifteen minutes before your workout. It works that quickly. Please be careful with this stuff. It is not like G-Fuel which can be used purely for focus. This product is for serious workouts only. Fair warning. One might feel jittery or short of breath. Lower the amount if that is the case. I would also only use this a few times a week and not every day, but despite this caveat, I find this to be an exceptional product.

This is my go to pre-workout. Im 42 years old, been taking pre-workout for 20 years now and this Edge of insanity is up there with some of the best ones that you can’t get anymore. It gets me wired up with energy to power through my workout. Even on days that I feel I’m just dragging myself to gym, it gets me going. Make sure you follow the warning on the label and don’t take to soon before bed, because you’ll be up late. However ive found that if you take a half scoop on late workouts you can get to sleep. Dissolves good, taste is good, with no bitterness aftertaste like you can get with some other brands. Overall this is most definitely worth a try if you need a high quality pre-workout.

Excellent pre-workout, ive tried several before and this one is the best to give you the quick energy you need to work out in tirings days.

This stuff is NO JOKE! I like to consider myself more experienced with pre workout, but this stuff exceeds expectations. Great flavor, dissolves easy, fast acting and the best pump I’ve had. Considering the instructions say start with half a scoop, I definitely recommend you follow them.

Pretty good taste, strong flavor very sweet. Half scoop because of the absurd amount of caffeine in a full scoop. Definitely be prepared to sit on the toilet after your workout. At least in the beginning
