It is non-grease parliament paper. Good for baking.

Is there any difference in the baking results using the darker paper vs the lighter? I know darker pans tend to brown faster.

No there's no difference. I actually baked with these last night and used 2 of each and all came out the same color and finished baking the same time.

Great value and make cakes look amazing

Superb cases. More pricey than supermarket cases, but really no comparison . These can take more moisture and look fabulous. Plus you can eat cake by peeling down the 4 corners flat so no mess anywhere. Totally worth it!
