Works really well I take it in the morning and before my evening meal, I've completely stopped snacking and feel fuller,only down side is the taste but I mix it with a bit of juice and use a wisk to get the lumps out and it's not to bad.

Unfortunately this has not stopped snacking, I have felt hungrier than ever. It has also left me with stomach ache and stomach upset. It is not easy to swallow at all and tastes disgusting. The only positive was the fast customer service and personal Touch.

This product is fantastic, you have to stir quickly and drink within a few seconds of adding water or else it becomes lumpy and undrinkable. As you get used to the taste and texture it gets much easier. I find it helps with managing my hunger and I have lost around 6lb in a month of using where I have only been using once per day and with not changing my diet as such, I just find that a smaller portion is needed.

The mix has no particular taste, what I particularly like about it. I dont have issues with consuming it. I just prefer to dissolve it in warm water. And it really helps to suppress appetite, and helps to lose weight, if you follow the instructions. Dont cheat and it will work!

I think this seems to work okay but it is very strongly flavored and very textured. If you have a sensitivity to certain textures like I do, you may want to look into other options. Even after mixing in additional water or juice after making the paste as the instructions say, things just seem to be quite lumpy/gelatinous and grainy.

Okay, so if you follow the instructions then you gag because it's an awful lumpy mess in your throat, so i've devised a method to make it palettable. Step 1 - put the teaspoon of powder into a smallish glass, now add a bit of milk, whatever milk you like, normal milk, almond, oatmeal, lactose free, whatever you like. Add enough to just turn it into a paste at the bottom of your glass. Step 2 - Now add a bit more milk, keep stirring as you add the milk. Keep going until your small glass is about halfway full (keep stirring!) Step 3 - Now down the drink as quickly as possible. It's not bad, kind of like drinking an oatmeal smoothie - do it fast! Step 4 - Fill the same small glass with water (no need to rinse) and drink it down quickly Step 5 - Fill the same glass again with water and drink a second glass down quickly Step 6 - You're welcome

I lost 4 lb in the first week and it has now put me on the path of calorie counting and excercise to support my weight loss journey.The consistency can be lumpy if you do not add the water slowly. I add water and stir and continue till I fill tall glass and have no issues drinking it down. I have noticed I am not as bloated and it has helped my digestive system. I will continue to buy as it is all natural ingredients Excellent value for money

Not a fan and can't rate. Texture is vile, I couldn't swallow it. I'm just going to diet and exercise properly
