As a Vegan, I appreciate that the liquid tincture is made with clean, plant-based ingredients and contains no alcohol or animal products. It tastes good and is easy to take, even for kids, and I’ve found it really helpful for immune support during cold and flu season. Not a fan of the taste but the benefits are worth it!!!! I used to get sinus infections and colds alllll the time. This has improved my immune system so much that it is now an essential in my medicine cabinet.

This is so good for nature sleep with no effects of lack of rest.
